Approval workflows ​

Synthix Flow supports embedding approval workflows directly into the payment process to ensure compliance and control.

Configuring Approvals ​

To configure an approval workflow:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Enable or disable the Approval Workflow option.

Behavior based on Configuration ​

  1. Enabled: A mandatory 4-eye approval step is required before a payment moves to the 'queued' state.
  2. Disabled: Payments bypass approval and move directly to the 'queued' state.
