Pending request

The Pending request section in Synthix Flow is your central hub for managing approval workflows, whether you’re the initiator or the approver.

Initiators and / or Approvers can be set during the User invite journey

Sent for Approval

These are the requests you have created and submitted. They are currently under review by the designated approvers. You will receive a notification once an approval/rejection decision is made.

Pending Approval

These are requests initiated by your team members that are awaiting your review and approval.

As an approver you can Approve or Reject a request. You also have the ability to add comments for clarification.

Synthix Flow enforces separation of duties. This means you cannot approve requests you’ve created yourself.

Once the request is approved, the payment moves to Direct Payments
