Mandates enable you to pull money from a counterparty's account using Direct Debits.

Connect and enable mandate management ​

You can set-up NACH Direct Debits mandates management (India) via Digio using connect jounrney on Synthix Flow.

Request ​

Synthix flow provides you a functionality to request a mandate from your counterparties for scehduling NACH direct debit.

Create a request

Mandatory Fields ​

  1. Amount: Specify the exact amount to be collected under the mandate.
  2. Frequency: Specify the frequency of the mandate based collection.
  3. Start Date: The mandate start date must always be later than today’s date.
  4. End Date:cThe mandate end date must be exactly one year after the mandate start date.

Validation Rules ​

  1. Start Date : The start date cannot be today or in the past; it must be a future date.
  2. Frequency : Only 'Monthly' and 'As and when presented' frequency is available at this time.
  3. End Date : The end date should be calculated as Start Date + 1 year.

Updated Mandate Request

Click on 'Submit' to create the request, the requested mandate will be visible by using the filter 'Requested'.
